Sunrise Workshop Aug 25, 2018

What a great sunrise workshop today in the Shenandoah National Park.

This morning we had a fantastic sunrise worship in the Shenandoah National Park. We all trekked out early to be there before daybreak, and we had some participants come from very long distances. All was paid for in full from the show of color that we had this morning.

There is nothing like being up on the mountain at dawn, hearing the mountains come to life, seeing the beautiful spectacle unfold before us.

This morning we started out at an overlook that faced to the east. Once the color had mainly finished there we headed south on the Skyline Drive to the next overlook, which gave us a view from the west. This allowed shots of the valley with the Shenandoah River winding up through, as low level fog hung around. The clouds were coloring up nicely and it was a great finish to a fantastic morning workshop.

If you'd like to join me on one of my workshops, please check them out in the workshop section. I run many in the Shenandoah National Park, as well as other areas throughout the US. Sunrises, Sunsets, Fall Foliage, Waterfalls, Wildlife, pretty much anything. Hope to see you at one.
